While there will not likely be any congressional action in an election year making changes to benefits related rules, it is anticipated that the regulatory agencies will continue to issues new rules, and clarify existing informal guidance. This session will focus on regulations, FAQs, and other guidance issued over the previous months to help employers keep up-to-date on these ever changing requirements.
