LIVE EVENT: Building a Strategy Around Your Organization's Mental Health Initiatives

Date:
May 17, 2022
Time:
12 P.M. CDT

Even before the COVID-19 pandemic, mental health was an issue of critical concern. But the last two years have directed the spotlight on the impacts of poor mental health in the workplace specifically in regard to morale, culture and healthcare costs. While mental health benefits and services are integral to any employee benefits program, they aren’t enough on their own and should be integrated into an overall health management strategy, making them part of a larger focus on employee health and wellbeing.

Join our team of Health & Performance Experts from the US and Canada as we dive into conversations on:

  • Defining Leadership’s role in setting organizational culture and shaping policy
  • Getting involved in the conversation and de-stigmatizing mental health
  • Understanding what poor mental health in the workplace looks like
  • Building a tailored mental health support strategy to fit each unique culture
