John Catto, Jr. founded Catto & Catto in 1933; his brother Henry joined the firm a few years later. The company has experienced steady growth since its inception.
We are widely recognized for stability and dedication to the people who make up our team. Most of the agency’s 100+ employees have been with the firm for years, some for decades — as a group, average tenure is more than 8 years.

The Catto family has a long history of service to our community, nation and the world; Henry Catto, Jr. served four United States presidents as Ambassador to El Salvador, Chief of Protocol, Assistant Secretary of Defense, Ambassador to the Court of St. James and Chief of the US Information Agency. Today Catto & Catto team members continue that tradition by serving our local community, state, nation and the world in exciting ways.
